One of the oldest distilleries in Scotland and the oldest running distillery on Islay, Bowmore was established in 1779 by David Simpson. This 10 year old bottling, fully matured in Bourbon barrels, displays notes of mango, candle smoke, grilled pineapple, icing sugar and cinnamon sticks.
